We're always looking for able-bodied individuals who are crazy enough to join up and be conscripted into the ranks of Reactor staff. We have a motto - work hard, play hard.

This might need a little more 'splainin, even though it might not seem like that. We'll make it monkey-simple for you all.

Work hard. Staffing at conventions isn't all about getting the inside track, taking advantage of the perks, or generally acting like you're a step above the other folks on the food chain. Nope, Reactor staff are hard workers, and know all about how tireless asnd thankless the job of running a convention is. So be prepared - we will put you to work and you will get exhausted at the end.

Play hard. All work and no play makes Reactor dull folks with a case of social ineptitude. We're social people - we go out, we have fun, we drink, smoke, and generally have a good time. When the work is all done and the results are on the table, we like to kick back, relax, and do the things anyone else does to have fun. Reactor is a family, and don't worry - we won't treat you like that annoying sibling we exclude from games.
